Who do you think is to blame? personally I thinks it should be the parents and the girls themselves.

Teenage pregnancy is on the increase in the country and there are lots of issues attributed to it.
Some people lay the blame on the parents of the girls, the society, social network, peer group, the girls and the men who get them pregnant.
