Anger at the Facebook fortress: Neighbors hit out at Zuckerberg's $10million noisy mansion construction... and even claim he hires people to hold parking spaces for him

Building work on the 1920s property owned by the billionaire and his wife Priscilla Chan in Delores Park has been going on for over a year - sparking a series of complaints from nearby residents. According to work permits, Zuckerberg - who is worth $16.8billion - is having an office, media room, half bathroom, wine room, mud room, laundry room and wet bar added to the luxury home. But neighbors have said there is constant noise from the 50 construction workers and no where left to park their cars. One resident claimed that the billionaire is hiring people to sit in cars outside in order to save spaces - even though he already has five designated for construction vehicles.
